Statement of Purpose

The Upper Room Housing Agency (URHA) board members' mission, purpose and charge is to foster strong policies, initiatives and partnerships that will support services that are needed to build strong youth, strong families, strong seniors and strong communities.

Service Area

Our service area is Chesterfield County; however, services are extended to residents in the City of Richmond, Henrico and surrounding counties.
